After much hard work, a move to Indiana and many months, I have finally finished Shiva. This was a very unique and challenging sculpture because of the stance the statue holds. I ran into some problems early on with the piece leaning and not taking the weight of the metal. I had to rethink the way I create the frame work underneath so the sculpture would support its self on one foot. I achieved this by taking fiberglass and epoxy and reinforced the joints. I'm really happy on how this turned out this by far is one of my favorite pieces.
