Are your sculptures one of a kind?

Yes. Every Gabriel Dishaw sculpture is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece — 1 of 1. There are no editions, no reproductions, and no copies. Each work is unique to the collector who owns it. The only exception is the limited edition art print collection, where each print is signed and numbered in runs of 25 to 50.

Gabriel Dishaw's sculptures combine authentic luxury fashion materials — vintage Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and other reclaimed designer goods — with vintage e-waste and pop culture iconography. Every piece is built entirely by hand from materials that already have a story before they arrive in the studio.

Satyr is a six-foot figurative sculpture of the half-man, half-goat figure from Greek mythology — a creature defined by its hybridity, its dual nature, its occupation of the boundary between the human and the animal. Built from typewriters, adding machines, computer components, metal, and wire, Satyr explores that same tension through material: the mechanical and digital made flesh, technology assembled into something that breathes.

In Greek mythology, the satyr embodies instinct, pleasure, and the untamed aspects of existence that civilised life suppresses. In e-waste sculpture, the discarded components of modern civilisation are transformed into something primal and alive. The parallel isn't accidental.

At six feet tall, Satyr is an installation-scale work — a commanding presence that fills a room. Crating and shipping are arranged directly with the artist following purchase.
