Nike Aire Max 95 Upcycled
My Nike Air Max 95 Sculpture pays tribute to one of Nike’s most iconic designs—transformed through sustainability and artistic craftsmanship. Built from upcycled e-waste and found materials, this sculpture reinterprets the layered textures and energy of the Air Max 95 in a new medium, fusing sneaker design with environmental consciousness. It stands as an early example of my ongoing exploration of how innovation, culture, and reuse intersect in contemporary art.
MATERIALS USED: Metal twine, data cables, airplane oxygen mask, telephone wire, tin, computer chips, ram, and felt.
