Upcycled Louis Vuitton AT-AT Imperial Walker Sculpture | March of Couture
Explore the inspiration and process behind this piece.
AT-AT: March of Couture brings Gabriel's luxury upcycling practice to one of Star Wars' most iconic military vehicles — the Imperial AT-AT walker, the lumbering four-legged transport that defined the Battle of Hoth. Wrapped in luxury materials and e-waste components, the walker marches into the same territory as the LV helmets and Gucci Fett: the collision of Imperial force and fashion house prestige, where the machinery of war becomes a canvas for couture.

AT-AT: March of Couture gives the classic Imperial Walker a new look by blending luxury, upcycling, and natural colors. Using browns, golds, metal hardware, wood-grain textures, and touches of green, the piece swaps out cold industrial finishes for a warmer, more organic feel.
Drawing inspiration from luxury trunks and purses, the design layers reclaimed leather, straps, buckles, and hardware to turn fashion materials into armor. This is where couture craftsmanship meets Imperial design.
AT-AT: March of Couture continues my exploration of transforming Star Wars' most iconic forms through sustainability, luxury materials, and intentional design, and couture marches forward together.
