Master Chief Vuitton is my second take on Halo's iconic Spartan in upcycled luxury. It's a commissioned helmet and base made from genuine vintage Louis Vuitton sourced from old suitcases and handbags. This version is about the Spartan who has been through the fight.
I selected each piece of Louis Vuitton for the wear it already carried. The scuffs, softened edges, and natural patina of well-traveled vintage luggage and bags become the battle damage on the helmet, so the history in the material is real. The helmet is fully wearable, and four illuminating lights bring it to life.
