Yes. Every Gabriel Dishaw sculpture is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece — 1 of 1. There are no editions, no reproductions, and no copies. Each work is unique to the collector who owns it. The only exception is the limited edition art print collection, where each print is signed and numbered in runs of 25 to 50.

Gabriel Dishaw's sculptures combine authentic luxury fashion materials — vintage Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and other reclaimed designer goods — with vintage e-waste and pop culture iconography. The result is collector-grade art rooted in two disciplines that rarely meet: high fashion craftsmanship and electronic recycling. Every piece is built entirely by hand from materials that already have a story before they arrive in the studio.

How do you carry your vintage Star Wars figures? I like to carry mine in style.

The Lux Vader Collectors Case is my luxury take on the 1980 Kenner Darth Vader Collector's Case, which an entire generation used to carry their figures from one adventure to the next. I made this case using the same care as a luxury trunk maker, with authentic vintage Louis Vuitton monogram canvas, leather trim, and brass hardware. Each material comes from well-traveled pieces with their own stories.

This is a fully functional collector's case. Inside, you'll find a felt-lined interior with labeled compartments and removable straps to keep each figure secure. It's designed to display and protect the collection that started it all.

How do you carry your vintage Star Wars figures? I carry mine in style.

If you grew up in the 80s, you know this silhouette. The Kenner Darth Vader Collector's Case was the way you carried your Star Wars figures — to a friend's house, the kitchen table, or wherever the next battle took place.

For this piece, I wanted to explore a question: What would that case look like if it had been built by a luxury trunk maker had built it instead of a toy company?

The Lux Vader Collectors Case is constructed from authentic vintage Louis Vuitton. The monogram canvas, leather trim, and brass hardware all come from well-traveled pieces with their own stories. I took inspiration from classic luxury trunks, focusing on the layered edges, saddle stitching, and hardware placement. Every detail was designed to feel like it fits that tradition.

Just like the original, this case is fully functional. When you open it, you'll find a felt-lined interior with separate compartments for each figure. Every spot is labeled, and I added removable straps to keep each figure secure. It's a collector's case made to display and protect the figures that started it all.

The finished piece measures 16 inches tall, 16.5 inches wide, and 4.5 inches deep.

Like all of my work, the Lux Vader Collectors Case is a one-of-a-kind piece, signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
