Are your sculptures one of a kind?

Yes. Every Gabriel Dishaw sculpture is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted piece — 1 of 1. There are no editions, no reproductions, and no copies. Each work is unique to the collector who owns it. The only exception is the limited edition art print collection, where each print is signed and numbered in runs of 25 to 50.

What makes your work different from other upcycled art?

Gabriel Dishaw's sculptures combine authentic luxury fashion materials — vintage Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and other reclaimed designer goods — with vintage e-waste and pop culture iconography. The result is collector-grade art rooted in two disciplines that rarely meet: high fashion craftsmanship and electronic recycling. Every piece is built entirely by hand from materials that already have a story before they arrive in the studio.

These characters are defined by what they wrap themselves in: layers of cloth, leather, metal fittings — every piece scavenged and repurposed to survive a harsh environment. That's upcycling at its most essential.
